Junior Consultant, Public Sector Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team to digitize district, city, and municipal administrations.

• Assess and enhance processes associated with financial software and related specialist departments.

• Deliver process and organizational consulting in close partnership with clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct user training following software implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, public administration, business administration, or a similar field, or training as an administrative employee (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• A strong interest in IT and a passion for consulting.

• Experience in project management, preferably acquired through internships or working student roles.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• High self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
