This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +9 more locations.
β’ Assist in monitoring activities including data collection
β’ Aid in the monitoring of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
β’ Facilitate transfer of value reporting
β’ Oversee the annual Fair Market Value (FMV) updates
β’ Prepare, convey, and oversee the Data Privacy Notice (DPN)
β’ Assist in compliance training programs (systems)
β’ Serve as a super user for compliance systems, including Veeva and SOOS
β’ Provide support to the Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager with various initiatives
β’ Contribute to compliance activities across Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries and partner markets
β’ 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role
β’ 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business
β’ Reside in one of the CEE countries
β’ Strong understanding of regional and local Codes of Practice as well as key regulations related to broader compliance aspects
β’ Working knowledge of healthcare systems within CEE country/ies
β’ Demonstrated history of holding compliance positions in the pharmaceutical sector
β’ Strong business partnering skills
β’ Excellent analytical capabilities
β’ Proficient written and spoken English skills
β’ Detail-oriented, effective communicator, flexible, and self-assured
β’ Interest in IT tools and training opportunities
