This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Establish and implement long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies.
β’ Facilitate efficient access to regional markets and ensure regulatory preparedness.
β’ Standardize, automate, and manage compliance portfolios across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
β’ Spearhead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to enhance compliance operations and boost audit readiness.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to enhance execution and eliminate obstacles.
β’ Create executive-ready dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and program advancement.
β’ Direct global expansion and compliance initiatives, including evaluating business cases, assessing customer impact, managing dependencies, prioritizing tasks, and aligning roadmaps.
β’ Organize and implement product compliance availability, certifications, regional expansion, and readiness for regulated markets.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Legal teams.
β’ Persuade stakeholders through collaboration and insights derived from data.
β’ Assist in analyzing market access impacts and prioritizing certifications.
β’ Develop processes to monitor emerging compliance and regulatory trends.
β’ Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management.
β’ More than 3 years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud or enterprise technology settings.
β’ Extensive knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR.
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise transformation and enhance operational maturity.
β’ Strong executive presence complemented by excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Experience in designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
β’ Proven track record in translating requirements into market expansion and roadmap priorities.
β’ Proficient in applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics to minimize manual effort, enhance audit readiness, and generate executive-ready performance insights.
β’ Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are highly desirable.
