This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Align the sales, consulting, product management, and marketing teams at IQVIA MedTech with a unified growth strategy.
β’ Broaden the customer base while enhancing relationships with executives in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, and Safety sectors within the MedTech and IVD fields.
β’ Collaborate with IQVIA stakeholders and external leaders to create competitive and distinctive technology and consulting offerings for QARA and Compliance functions.
β’ Increase engagement with C-suite and QARA functional leadership within key accounts.
β’ Fortify strategic relationships and amplify influence with decision-makers in Quality, Regulatory, and Safety.
β’ Spearhead integrated solutions-selling strategies across technology, consulting, and service offerings.
β’ Conduct marketplace analyses to identify trends and quantify lucrative opportunity areas.
β’ Maintain an advanced understanding of Quality, Regulatory, and Safety technologies and services from both technical and commercial perspectives.
β’ Offer best-practice guidance throughout the sales cycle.
β’ Propel marketing and promotional initiatives.
β’ Cultivate internal stakeholder relationships and develop strategic presentations.
β’ Define and execute implementation plans.
β’ Take part in proposal preparation and defense meetings as necessary.
β’ Manage staff in accordance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
β’ Must reside in the same country as the job location.
β’ US remote position with the ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ 15 years of relevant experience in Quality, Regulatory, Safety, or Commercial Compliance within the MedTech industry or agency setting.
β’ 4 years of management experience is required.
β’ Outstanding leadership, presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.
β’ Proven experience managing global teams in a matrixed, multi-regional organization executing global initiatives.
β’ Strategic business insight into the Medical Device and/or IVD sectors.
β’ Ability to interpret emerging industry trends pertinent to the organization.
β’ Capacity to work creatively in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
β’ Strong team player with a high tolerance for stress.
β’ Robust financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to formulate and present recommendations and solutions based on analysis.
β’ Excellent organizational, planning, project management, and logistics skills.
β’ Proficient in software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
