• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the trades sector.

• Conduct a brief assessment of their administrative, communication, and project workflow needs.

• Introduce AI agents, WhatsApp chatbots, and process automation solutions that encompass the entire process from quotation to invoicing.

• Record qualified discussions in the CRM system.

• Arrange consultation appointments for the team.
