Junior Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and implementation of procurement processes for the Oils, Ingredients, and Smart Fish categories.

• Develop and oversee purchase orders and contracts using SAP.

• Ensure the precise and prompt execution of procurement tasks.

• Handle documentation related to purchasing operations and logistics.

• Monitor purchase orders and track contract and delivery performance, including delivery timelines and contract utilization.

• Provide support to Buyers in procurement activities across various Group entities.

• Prepare analyses and reports on pricing trends and procurement activities for designated categories.

• Report directly to the Senior Buyer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related areas.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential.

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense is advantageous.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to effectively engage with and adapt to various stakeholders.

• Highly proactive and adaptable, possessing strong problem-solving capabilities and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach to shifting priorities and circumstances.
