This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver exceptional customer support for inquiries related to banking and card services.
• Manage incoming calls and written communications from customers in English.
• Aim to resolve customer issues during the initial contact whenever feasible.
• Support transaction authorization procedures and handle sensitive card information.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and billing concerns.
• Refer complex cases to specialized teams as needed.
• Maintain precise documentation within internal systems.
• Adhere to established procedures and comply with financial regulations.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Operate in a 24/7 remote home-based shift environment.
• Strong command of English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Completion of secondary education (high school diploma).
• Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, and capability to navigate systems.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and meet deadlines.
• Full flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or banking is preferred.
• Interest in financial products and customer support is an advantage.
• Willingness to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety regulations.
