Junior Attorney – Real Estate Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals.

• Provide assistance to clients through virtual channels, telephone, and social media platforms.

• Engage in hearings as required.

• Present oral arguments effectively.

• Address client inquiries and support matters related to real estate law.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Proven experience in real estate law.

• Must reside in Porto Alegre.

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
