Junior Associate Lawyer – Real Estate Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Examine and prepare court documents, legal opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals.

• Provide assistance to clients via virtual means, telephone, and social media platforms.

• Engage in hearings and present oral arguments.

• Address client inquiries and support requests pertaining to real estate law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and a valid OAB license.

• Background in real estate law.

• Must be a resident of Porto Alegre.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
