BTP Architect, Federal Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology projects from initial concept to final delivery for SAP Public Sector and NS2 clients.

• Ensure customer goals are in line with SAP best practices, operational excellence, as well as federal security, privacy, compliance, and data governance standards.

• Design comprehensive solutions across SAP cloud applications, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Data and Analytics, AI Core, SAP Business AI, and third-party systems.

• Develop integration strategies and Clean Core approaches.

• Produce reference architectures, design standards, roadmaps, and reusable components.

• Lead assessments for migrating SAP PI/PO to BTP.

• Convert complex technical choices into business value for executives.

• Analyze emerging technologies.

• Mentor team members within the organization.

• Assist in various customer engagements through technical advisory, pre-sales, and sales efforts.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen; this role necessitates access to customer data.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP architecture.

• At least three years of experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP and enterprise integration technologies, particularly in high-volume integration settings.

• Expertise in assessing and leading migrations from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, SAP AI Core, advanced analytics, and hybrid, private, or public cloud adoption.

• Experience in applying context engineering and AI output quality assurance practices in enterprise AI solutions.

• Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and implementing SAP Clean Core governance standards.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with executives and managing stakeholders.

• Experience working with U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian clients.

• SAP BTP Certification is an advantage.
