Junior AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create AI-generated videos and images using internal platforms such as Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana, and other relevant models.

• Transform scripts from creative marketers into scenes and precise prompts while maintaining character consistency across various frames.

• Compile performance creatives in After Effects, incorporating dynamics, subtitles, music, sound design, safe zones, and disclaimers.

• Refine creatives to meet quality standards through iterations and revisions, balancing realism, speed, and generation costs.

• Test new AI models and tools upon their release and evaluate their impact on production.

• Optimize workflows by reusing character passports and prompts, ready-made scripts, plugins, and Claude skills.

• Share successful approaches, prompts, and scalable formats with the team.

• Create AI creatives for Meta Ads and assist in scaling production without compromising quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to independently create AI creatives from prompt to final editing.

• Attention to quality and a quick learning ability.

• Proficient in After Effects: editing, animation, basic plugins, and scripts.

• Practical experience in video generation using Seedance, Kling, Veo, or similar tools.

• Experience in image generation with Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, or other relevant tools.

• Ability to break down scripts into individual scenes, write prompts, and maintain character consistency in multi-scene videos.

• Understanding of performance creative logic: hook, main content, and CTA; absence of "dead" seconds.

• Portfolio showcasing AI creatives, including hyper-realistic UGC videos, moviemaking, animation, or other multi-scene works.

• Willingness to work with detailed revisions, grasp the vision of creative marketers, propose alternatives logically, and meet deadlines.

• English proficiency is required, although the exact level is not specified in the description and will be assessed during application.

• Experience in creating scripts or plugins for After Effects or Premiere is a plus.

• Understanding of CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and CPA is a plus.

• Knowledge of TikTok and Reels formats, experience in creating organic content, or interest in running and sports is a plus.
