Junior Ad Operations Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their requirements and cultivate a deep understanding of their businesses and objectives.

• Oversee the overall expectations, needs, and progress of designated client accounts.

• Aid customers in navigating the XPO platform effectively.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to support customers and sales initiatives.

• Align work plans with clients, operational teams, and technical teams to guarantee successful and timely delivery of campaigns.

• Work with the sales team to evaluate outcomes and propose new strategies to clients for upcoming campaigns while providing prompt feedback.

• Manage task prioritization to meet various deadlines.

• Act as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and operations teams.

• Contribute to the expansion of Knorex XPO, a comprehensive marketing platform for programmatic advertising across social media, search, connected TV/OTT, video, audio, display/native, and email channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media and/or IT is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced features.

• A passion for and a solid understanding/appreciation of the web, technology, media, and advertising sectors.

• A strong dedication to delivering quality customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and timely follow-through.

• Ability to learn and operate various software tools.

• Creative and analytical in interpreting customers' needs to provide effective solutions.

• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.

• Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with and interest in the latest industry trends, technology solutions, and best practices.

• Proficient command of both written and spoken English.

• Minimum of a Diploma in any field, preferably in media, mass communication, or IT-related disciplines.
