Junior Account Manager – Sales and Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee your own portfolio of clients from the initial order to continuous support.

• Act as the main contact for customers.

• Facilitate the complete sales process: quoting, ordering, onboarding, account management, and cancellation/retention.

• Handle orders, credit notes, contract modifications, and cancellations within contract management.

• Actively nurture customer relationships and generate ideas for retention and acquisition.

• Manage priorities for orders, complaints, and appointments.

• Represent the company at events such as AOK, IHK, and various industry trade fairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in inside or field sales (B2B), preferably within a software/SaaS context.

• Familiarity with the entire sales cycle.

• Experience in contract management, including handling orders, credit notes, contract modifications, and cancellation processes.

• Experience with payroll/HR software or business software (ERP, financial accounting, inventory management) is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of payroll topics such as social insurance, wage types, and statutory reporting requirements is beneficial.

• Proficient in Outlook.

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, ideally Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms.

• Basic Excel skills for reporting and forecasting purposes.

• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sense of ownership.

• Willingness to travel for events and industry trade fairs.

• Minimum of two years of professional sales experience.

• Completed commercial training or vocational qualification.

• Class B driving license required.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level.

• English language skills are a plus.
