Joinery Estimator, Commercial Joinery – Innergy ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial joinery projects.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation.

• Identify project scope, exclusions, assumptions, and potential estimating discrepancies.

• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Compare supplier pricing and incorporate relevant costs into estimates.

• Prepare precise and comprehensive tender submissions.

• Maintain estimating and project information within the Innergy ERP system.

• Verify quantities, pricing, and supporting information prior to tender submission.

• Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements and clarifications.

• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimating information.

• Maintain organized estimating records and documentation.

• Follow established estimating procedures and workflows.

• Support future commercial joinery estimating opportunities through active pooling; application does not guarantee employment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial joinery estimating.

• Hands-on experience with Innergy ERP (required).

• Practical experience in commercial joinery take-offs and cost estimation.

• Experience in preparing tender submissions for commercial joinery projects.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, and specifications.

• Familiarity with estimating processes and ERP-based workflows.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tender deadlines.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Previous experience with Australian commercial joinery projects (preferred).

• Experience in a joinery manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (preferred).

• IMOS experience is not required.

• Required software: Innergy ERP.

• Preferred software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams.
