Java Solutions Architect, AI – Sector Textil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Convert business needs into concrete, scalable AI solutions that have a significant impact.

• Define the architecture and evolution of the solutions as a product.

• Coordinate various involved teams until delivery.

• Define, design, and evolve product solutions that align with business objectives.

• Translate functional requirements into feasible technical proposals.

• Rapidly iterate solutions using AI tools and experimental approaches.

• Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams, ensuring focus, pace, and quality in delivery.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies between teams.

• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and product.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and impact orientation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in defining, evolving, and managing digital products, particularly focusing on technological and AI solutions.

• Ability to translate business needs into viable, scalable, end-to-end technological solutions aimed at impact.

• Experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions, from conceptualization and prototyping to product integration.

• Experience in leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with business, product, and technology stakeholders.

• Strong technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments.

• Knowledge of scalable architectures: APIs, microservices, and cloud-native.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Solid experience or background with Java backend development.

• Practical experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to development: development assistants like copilots, code generation, refactoring, rapid prototyping and experimentation, analysis, documentation, and ideation.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
