Java Software Architect, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical lead on high-value services alongside multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain direct communication with clients.

• Define strategic plans, implement architectures, and transform AS-IS processes to TO-BE.

• Advise and support clients in the implementation of Generative AI processes.

• Align initiatives with regulatory and legal frameworks.

• Develop POCs, AI-powered solutions, MLOps practices, and solutions based on LLMs.

• Teach clients how to leverage AI tools in their daily work.

• Support the business area in defining projects and services.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions.

• Develop approaches and solutions, and evaluate partnerships, events, and opportunities.

• Provide training on Generative AI to both internal and external clients.

• Contribute to the modernization of applications aided by Generative AI.

• Participate in code assessments and the generation of migration plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a software/solutions architect.

• Experience in estimations, risk management, and the implementation of enterprise solutions using various technologies.

• Experience working with Generative AI applied to software development.

• Experience and capability to support commercial actions, deliver presentations, and defend solutions.

• Experience in delivering training sessions is highly valued.

• B2 level of English is highly valued.
