This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review and refine texts generated by the team, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to the specific tone of voice for each portal.

• Guarantee the grammatical, spelling, and stylistic precision of Italian content, considering relevant regional differences.

• Verify facts and maintain consistency throughout the text.

• Propose structural and editorial enhancements based on performance metrics, team input, and project goals.

• Recommend modifications to articles, pages, and other written works.

• Collaborate on editorial planning, contributing to the organization, standardization, and best practices for digital content.

• Independently manage the review workflow while adhering to deadlines.

• Act as the final quality assurance check prior to the publication of content on Beside Media’s Italian-language portals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian.

• Strong grasp of Italian grammar, spelling, syntax, and style tailored for digital contexts.

• Prior experience in proofreading and editing digital content, including blogs, websites, articles, and corporate materials.

• Ability to interpret and implement style guides and internal editorial standards.

• Commitment to 100% manual proofreading.

• Familiarity with SEO and best practices for web content.

• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage for handling international materials.

• Experience with content platforms catering to Italian-speaking audiences.

• Experience in fast-paced editorial settings.

• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.

• Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools like Notion, Trello, and Monday.

• Capability to provide writers with structured editorial feedback.
