IT Technician – Systems, Virtualization and AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage, enhance, and sustain the virtualization environment.

• Set up, configure, secure, and maintain SQL servers.

• Collaborate on the implementation, automation, and technical support of artificial intelligence tools and models.

• Offer technical support for network and server infrastructure.

• Provide fundamental support for ACCEO Services de garde software.

• Engage with partners and document system processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) or university degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in managing servers and virtualization environments (PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows Server, general IT).

• Demonstrated expertise with virtual hosting environments (Proxmox and VMware).

• Strong proficiency in the installation, indexing, and management of Microsoft SQL Server.

• Keen interest in or practical experience with AI technologies.

• Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-driven, resourceful, and highly inquisitive about technology.

• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to IT security standards.

• A robust customer service orientation and a consistent commitment to user satisfaction.
