IT Technician – Systems, Virtualization and AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee, enhance, and sustain the virtualization ecosystem

• Install, set up, secure, and manage SQL servers

• Collaborate on the implementation, automation, and technical assistance for artificial intelligence tools and models

• Offer technical support for network and server infrastructures

• Deliver basic support for ACCEO Childcare Services software

• Coordinate with partners and document systems

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) or university degree in computer science, or equivalent experience

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in managing servers and virtualization environments

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows Server, and general IT

• Established expertise in virtual hosting platforms, particularly Proxmox and VMware

• Strong capabilities in installing, indexing, and administering Microsoft SQL Server

• Keen interest in or hands-on experience with AI technologies

• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Self-driven, resourceful, and deeply curious about technology

• Strong sense of accountability and dedication to IT security standards

• Strong customer service focus and a continuous commitment to user satisfaction
