IT Technician – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical support and outstanding customer service to end-users throughout the US via phone, email, and remote access.

• Interact directly with end-users nationwide.

• Set up and manage workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices.

• Configure and manage email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, software installations, and updates.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, peripherals, virtual workstations, and servers.

• Collaborate with team members to address complex or widespread client issues.

• Document procedures, reported issues, and solutions effectively.

• Engage in client-focused projects and onboarding processes as experience increases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Fundamental knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office 365.

• Basic comprehension of computer networking principles.

• Availability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM.

• Experience in troubleshooting and a keen interest in resolving technical challenges.

• Strong communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Attention to detail.

• Willingness to enhance technical expertise.

• Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced IT environment.

• Previous IT support and/or customer support experience is advantageous.
