IT Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Coordinate the tasks of the team

• Manage the relationship with the client's key user

• Organize the daily work of the team

• Serve as an internal point of reference

• Act as the primary contact for the client on operational matters

• Collaborate on a project in Madrid

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a similar role

• Previous experience leading or coordinating teams

• Experience in client management or working with key stakeholders

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

• Clear communication skills, both internally and with clients

• Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities

• Proactive approach and problem-solving abilities

• Experience and/or knowledge in Identity Management (IAM) will be a plus

• Proficiency in English is essential
