IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the dependable functioning of automated warehouse solutions

• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule

• Maintain and update applications

• Assist in establishing and enhancing service processes utilizing Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence

• Contribute to contemporary deployment procedures and monitoring solutions

• Support the integration of new technologies, including those in the AI sector

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and international clients

• Assist with on-site go-lives prior to taking on-call duties

• Acquire firsthand knowledge of systems and customer environments

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of hardware and software

• Hands-on experience in IT support or systems operations

• Familiarity with Oracle environments and SQL is a plus, but not mandatory

• Ideally, experience in deployment processes, monitoring systems, or similar IT operations environments

• Genuine interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics

• Methodical, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work

• Strong team player with effective communication skills when engaging with customers and colleagues

• Proficient in both German and English
