IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily IT assistance throughout the organization, encompassing general troubleshooting and helpdesk support.

• Prepare and configure laptops for new employees, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and fully operational from their first day.

• Oversee and maintain Microsoft Intune for effective device and application management.

• Administer and keep an eye on Pulseway for proactive system management and support.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in both MacOS and Windows environments.

• Quickly and efficiently address software, hardware, and network challenges.

• Record issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance support procedures.

• Work collaboratively with global team members to ensure uniform IT standards and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk positions.

• Solid expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking challenges.

• Practical experience in supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune administration.

• Experience with Pulseway or comparable remote monitoring and management tools.

• Strong communication abilities, capable of providing support to users across various time zones.

• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with U.S. business hours.

• A proactive, customer-oriented approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in supporting SaaS environments (such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) is a plus.

• Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes in distributed teams is advantageous.

• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, etc.) are preferred.
