This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repairs in accordance with procurement protocols.
• Maintain and update the inventory of corporate equipment, including assisting with procurement tasks.
• Install and initially configure Windows and macOS devices for new hires.
• Keep precise records of issued equipment using 1C.
• Prepare and set up equipment for corporate utilization.
• Create user accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack utilizing automated tools and templates.
• Manage and support office access control systems, which includes issuing, replacing, updating, and deactivating access cards.
• Troubleshoot application and system software issues on user devices.
• Conduct primary diagnostics for hardware and software problems.
• Install both licensed and free software on corporate devices.
• Provide support for printers and printing services.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation that aligns with IT processes and services.
• Escalate hardware and software issues to service providers when necessary.
• Coordinate with contractors, such as service centers and cartridge refilling services.
• Source equipment that meets corporate standards in both local and global markets.
• Participate in the testing of new IT services, including functional validation and data entry.
• Restore operating systems on employee devices following crashes or failures.
• Configure access to banking systems, electronic document-signing platforms, and state or specialized portals.
• Provide advice on selecting and assembling custom PC configurations based on business requirements.
• Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of antivirus protection.
• Familiarity with fundamental security concepts related to MS Windows operating systems.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Windows systems in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher.
• Experience with MS Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Group Policy management.
• Knowledge of Apple (macOS) and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalents.
• Proficiency in using Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of active network equipment, including Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or similar brands.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Basic administration skills for Windows Server.
• Practical experience in structured cabling (SC) installation.
