IT Specialist – Data & Analytics Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Data & Analytics solutions utilizing Databricks, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft BI technologies.

• Collaborate with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP on projects related to data migration, rollout, and transformation.

• Take ownership of selected data products throughout their lifecycle: design, enhance, and maintain them over time.

• Facilitate business demand intake while ensuring strong alignment and prioritization with business needs.

• Oversee resource planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting for the department.

• Manage the budget and ensure delivery discipline is maintained.

• Guide external partners regarding resources, financials, and quality of execution.

• Lead significant initiatives from the discovery phase through to go-live.

• Create prototypes and remain engaged with technical work as necessary.

• Organize tasks, dependencies, and agile execution across various teams.

• Mentor and develop the local Data & Analytics team, with the potential to assume a leadership role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of expertise in Data Engineering, BI, Data Architecture, or technical functional leadership.

• Strong background in enterprise SAP environments, particularly with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP.

• Practical knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and contemporary cloud data platforms.

• Experience in data migration, integration, and rollout initiatives.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Preferred experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
