This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Manage the analytics database and scheduled jobs, ensuring their reliability, monitoring, and documentation.
β’ Integrate new data sources via vendor APIs, including CRM, contact center, and lending platforms, utilizing incremental, restartable loads.
β’ Transform raw data into reliable tables and views.
β’ Create operational reports, such as call lists, merchant partner reports, and management reports.
β’ Steward the data dictionary and KPI definitions in collaboration with business owners.
β’ Supervise one analyst, providing direction and enhancing quality.
β’ Familiarize yourself with the business and current platform within the first 90 days.
β’ Assume responsibility for daily platform operations in conjunction with the team.
β’ Deliver one new data source from start to finish.
β’ Establish and document shared definitions for KPIs.
β’ Over 5 years of experience managing production data pipelines and reporting.
β’ Proficient in SQL Server, including window functions, deduplication, and performance optimization on large tables.
β’ Experience with Python and API extraction and pipeline development.
β’ Skilled in operating scheduled jobs with logging, alerting, and quality assurance checks.
β’ Background in publishing data to a BI tool and providing user support.
β’ Comfortable using Git.
