Associate Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional projects from the planning phase to execution.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and monitor progress.

• Create project plans, oversee timelines, track milestones, and identify dependencies.

• Anticipate obstacles, address challenges, and escalate risks as necessary.

• Evaluate project performance, keep documentation updated, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.

• Utilize AI and automation to enhance project management processes, improve reporting, and boost productivity.

• Promote AI adoption by pinpointing opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and incorporate AI into project workflows.

• Seek avenues for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

• Assist with product launches, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

• Work alongside skilled teams to establish the operational framework for global connectivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated capability to independently handle multiple projects and achieve results.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to navigate competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in working with technical systems, APIs, data, and emerging technologies.

• An AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools to address challenges, automate workflows, analyze data, and enhance daily productivity.

• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to advance projects effectively.

• Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday.com is beneficial.

• Knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in developing AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and process improvement practices is an advantage.

• Experience in coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives is a plus.
