IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Supervise several strategic projects at once

• Oversee project scope, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting

• Monitor risks and issues, communicate effectively, escalate problems, and provide status reports to ensure timely delivery

• Address complex challenges utilizing industry best practices and innovative, effective solutions

• Collaborate with the Change Management Organization and Communication leads to pinpoint impacts on people, processes, and technology

• Formulate and support organizational change strategies

• Direct intricate strategic enterprise initiatives encompassing scope, timelines, costs, risks, issues, and change effects

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources while proactively addressing constraints

• Manage project communications, status updates, and stakeholder engagement

• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and ensure expected business outcomes and benefits are realized

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement innovative solutions, and conduct project retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory

• Over 8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery

• Experience in leading technical cross-organizational projects

• More than 8 years of experience in vendor management, project budget oversight, and reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Lean principles, as well as traditional project and program management techniques

• Experience in problem-solving, A3s, huddle boards, Kanban, process architecture and analysis, systematic problem-solving, business analysis, and organizational change management

• Ability to lead and influence peers at the executive level

• Capability to build strong relationships with leadership and promote collaboration with business stakeholders and external vendors

• Flexibility and adaptability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in working with virtual and global cross-functional teams

• Strong ability to work independently in complex scenarios and recommend innovative solutions

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, and/or Lean certifications are advantageous

• A college degree is preferred; graduate-level coursework may be advantageous

• Must pass a criminal background check and meet employment, education, and licensing verification requirements
