IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Coordinate contractual compliance, ensuring service quality.

• Attend corporate meetings and manage the formal signing and delivery of project commitments.

• Oversee the tracking of agile methodological tasks in Azure DevOps.

• Guide best practices in Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

• Periodically produce reports at least three times a year on technology market trends, comparisons, technical obsolescence, and strategic recommendations for the end client.

• Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to efficiently respond to critical incidents within support windows.

• Coordinate and lead software development and infrastructure teams.

• Drive large-scale software projects for international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science (certified title).

• Current PMP certification (PMI) OR a Master's degree in Administration (MBA, Projects, Business or similar).

• Mandatory current certification as a Scrum Master.

• Mandatory current certification in SAFe.

• Proven experience in the last 3 years leading software development and maintenance projects with a unit or group budget equal to or greater than USD 200,000.

• Assertive communication with the end client, resolving differences or aligning deliverables.

• Ability to inspire, guide, and optimize the performance of multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Agile and assertive managerial and methodological decision-making under pressure.
