IT Project Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of value and compliance with project deadlines in collaboration with the PMO.

• Maintain a consistent reporting schedule and assess benefit realization metrics.

• Assist the Project Manager in optimizing generated value while adhering to timelines and follow-ups.

• Facilitate coordination among the involved areas.

• Provide support with project methodologies, encouraging ongoing analysis and enhancement.

• Generate metrics and evaluate outcomes.

• Keep project control tools current.

• Aid the team in achieving improved productivity and quality.

• Engage in technical and business discussions that influence the project.

• Determine suitable working methods for each project.

• Monitor the project lifecycle through status reports, cost tracking, variance analysis, and scope evaluation, documenting information in the designated system.

• Advocate for the use of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing projects.

• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in developing and implementing processes.

• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data presentation tools.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, Monday, etc.) — advanced expertise is not necessary.

• Kanban certification is preferred.

• PSM/CSM certification is preferred.

• PMI/PMBOK certification is preferred.
