This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational rhythm of the IT Team, which includes sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, ticket management, and tracking of service level agreements (SLAs).
• Directly manage and cultivate the IT support team.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for intricate troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and the establishment of IT operational standards.
• Take ownership of enterprise identity and access management platforms, particularly Okta, covering RBAC design, group architecture, SSO and SCIM integrations, and lifecycle provisioning automation.
• Administer cloud collaboration platforms and mobile device management to guarantee compliance, zero-touch deployment, and strategies for macOS OS updates.
• Manage cloud telephony and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Zoom Phone, Slack, and Jira Service Management.
• Automate repetitive IT onboarding and access requests via self-service workflows.
• Create operational reporting dashboards for IT.
• Reconcile software licenses against the active headcount across SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with the Security team on access reviews, least-privilege enforcement, endpoint/email security tools, and gathering IT audit evidence.
• Implement and oversee AI capabilities within IT operations while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Partner with HR, Clinical, Commercial, and Engineering stakeholders on onboarding/offboarding processes, decision-making meetings, runbooks, and end-user FAQs.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and systems administration, with direct people-management experience supervising, developing, and mentoring technical or support staff.
• Extensive technical expertise in enterprise identity administration, including RBAC design, SSO/SCIM integrations, and automation of provisioning workflows.
• Strong practical experience in managing macOS fleets (~400 endpoints) utilizing MDM and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Proven ability to develop operational reporting dashboards and structure data into actionable metrics for leadership concerning ticket execution, SLA tracking, and license utilization.
• Proficient in operating within regulated healthcare or compliance environments (HIPAA, SOC 2), including conducting access reviews and gathering audit evidence.
• Highly developed communication skills across functions and project delivery capabilities, with the ability to conduct decision-oriented meetings and create clear runbooks for both technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience or familiarity with administering cloud telephony (Zoom Phone IVR/queues), Jira Service Management, or CRM tools (Zoho) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational workflows within a secure and compliant setting.
• Direct experience with Iru (Kandji) and Google Workspace is a plus.
