šŸ“‹ Description

• Oversee the management of technology platforms across the company, including Google Workspace, Anthropic, and various SaaS applications.

• Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, licenses, application settings, and administrative configurations.

• Keep detailed inventories of applications, administrators, licenses, users, system owners, devices, and access records.

• Assess, configure, implement, and provide support for new software and technology solutions in collaboration with business teams.

• Handle IT provisioning and deprovisioning processes for onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions of employees and contractors.

• Execute access changes, conduct access reviews, and address remediation efforts in collaboration with the Senior Security Engineer and leadership.

• Manage the lifecycle of company-issued laptops and technology, which includes purchasing, imaging, configuring, deploying, supporting, recovering, and replacing devices.

• Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint-management systems, deploying necessary applications, updates, and controls.

• Coordinate the shipping and retrieval of equipment for a fully remote workforce.

• Act as the primary internal technical support contact, diagnosing and resolving issues related to devices, applications, accounts, permissions, connectivity, and workplace technology.

• Develop IT request intake processes, prioritization, tracking, resolution, documentation, and self-service resources.

• Support internal technology and data infrastructure, including file storage, sharing, permissions, collaboration systems, migrations, backups, recovery, and retention.

• Identify operational risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, providing recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the Senior Security Engineer on security and compliance controls, audits, evidence collection, incident response, vulnerabilities, and technology risks.

• Lead foundational projects such as the OneDrive-to-Google Drive migration, company-wide MDM deployment, centralized IT/SaaS inventory management, standardized onboarding/offboarding processes, scalable IT support, and Zendesk administration and integrations.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, corporate IT, or a related role.

• Proficiency in supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce.

• Practical experience administering Google Workspace within a business setting.

• Experience managing SaaS applications, including user accounts, permissions, groups, and licenses across an organization.

• Familiarity with implementing or managing MDM and endpoint-management platforms.

• Strong grasp of identity and access management principles, encompassing SSO, MFA, least-privilege access, and account lifecycle management.

• Experience overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities across devices, operating systems, SaaS applications, accounts, permissions, and connectivity.

• Experience in managing company hardware, asset inventory, device deployment, and logistics for remote equipment.

• Strong skills in documentation and process development.

• Ability to operate independently and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical staff.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or a regulated environment.

• Preferred: Understanding of HIPAA and related technology controls for protecting PHI.

• Preferred: Experience in enhancing IT operations at a growing startup.

• Preferred: Background in Google Workspace migrations, especially from Microsoft 365/OneDrive to Google Workspace/Drive.

• Preferred: Experience in selecting, implementing, or migrating MDM platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with security tools, endpoint protection, access reviews, audit evidence collection, and incident response processes.

• Preferred: Experience managing Zendesk or similar support platforms.

• Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise administration of AI tools and emerging SaaS technologies.
