Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to comprehend and evaluate goals and objectives.

• Utilize Pellera offerings and practice teams to suggest high-value solutions.

• Share the Pellera Story with clients through executive-level presentations and discussions.

• Articulate Pellera's skills, capabilities, offerings, and success stories across advisory, implementation, and managed services engagements.

• Engage in the creation of detailed proposals and implementation plans.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of proposed solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize clients' business processes via technology.

• Recommend process enhancements and automation solutions.

• Collaborate with regional sales leadership on strategic account planning and execution.

• Assist clients in addressing complex business and IT challenges.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of various business domains and processes, particularly in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to enable collaboration and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Ethical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management).

• Proven experience in a similar position, with a solid background in solution design and architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in AI Platform Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Data Architecture & Governance.

• Relevant certifications and/or professional affiliations.

• Must be willing to travel overnight for at least 20-25% of the work schedule.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
