This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia, +1 more country.
• Oversee global strategic management of contemporary Cloud Environments, aligning business strategy with technical execution.
• Report directly to the CIO and participate as a member of the IT Board.
• Align worldwide infrastructure investments with organizational objectives and oversee the comprehensive I&O budget utilizing FinOps methodologies.
• Direct, guide, and mentor diverse teams encompassing Systems, Network, Telephony, Workstations, and onsite support in France.
• Collaborate with local IT departments across EMEA to unify technology stacks, exchange best practices, and promote standardized infrastructure approaches.
• Lead the transition from legacy systems to automated, software-defined cloud environments utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP alongside Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Manage global corporate and cloud networking architectures, including SD-WAN, SASE, and VPN solutions.
• Supervise global unified communications systems, encompassing VoIP and RingCentral.
• Establish endpoint management strategies, provisioning workflows, and standard operating environments.
• Ensure a high level of service availability, aiming for a target of 99.9% or above.
• Administer Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in accordance with ITIL v4 standards.
• Develop, uphold, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies for both cloud and hybrid settings.
• Collaborate with the CISO to implement DevSecOps security principles and ensure compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and regional European regulations.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure.
• At least 5 years of experience managing matrixed, international teams in Network, Systems, and Helpdesk domains.
• Extensive technical and architectural knowledge in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Architect-level cloud certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of modern enterprise networking, VoIP telephony systems, and the lifecycle management of endpoints/workstations.
• Proven experience managing local and remote teams across various EMEA cultural backgrounds.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL v4 and Agile methodologies.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong financial insight, covering budget management, telecom/hardware procurement, and cloud cost optimization through FinOps.
• Capability to drive exceptional team performance while monitoring MTTR, CSAT, and infrastructure uptime SLAs.
