IT Infrastructure Lead – Windows, Servers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance technical infrastructure teams

• Manage Windows Server environments (2016 to 2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, and Entra ID

• Collaborate with virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure utilizing VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Nutanix

• Administer clusters, high availability, and server infrastructure from Dell, HPE, or Lenovo

• Execute patching and hardening processes, and oversee WSUS, MECM/SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell automation

• Monitor Windows workloads within cloud environments, particularly Azure

• Develop pricing strategies, technical sizing, and proposals based on effort, seniority, and team structure

• Implement artificial intelligence in infrastructure operations, including automation, log analysis, event correlation, and AI-assisted troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline

• Understanding of ITIL

• Familiarity with agile methodologies

• Proven experience in tracking performance indicators and leading teams

• Proficient in English or Spanish
