📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and technical consulting regarding cloud software for Customer Success.

• Implement and enhance software solutions to ensure sustainable customer support and success.

• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships with an emphasis on value and growth.

• Proactively recognize optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey.

• Serve as the liaison between customers and the development team.

• Create innovative solutions and contribute ideas for contemporary IT and Customer Success processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid technical comprehension of cloud software integration, including API documentation.

• Enthusiasm for modern Customer Success methodologies.

• Extensive background in strategic customer management, spanning from onboarding to renewal.

• Strong grasp of long-term customer support and development.

• Proficient in Zendesk with advanced skills.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience, preferably as a Zendesk Administrator.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) is a significant advantage.

• Ability to proactively pinpoint opportunities and challenges within customer management.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Excellent command of English.

• Independent, ambitious work style coupled with a confident demeanor.

• Must reside in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, or Spain.

• No specific educational qualifications are required; candidates from all educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
