IT Client Technical Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive technical onboarding for clients, guiding them from the integration design phase to active trading.

• Set up and assist with integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP POST, FTP/SFTP, CSV, XML, and JSON formats.

• Ensure shipment, manifest, label, and event data meet Evri's standards through validation processes.

• Diagnose and resolve integration, connectivity, and data flow challenges across customer, internal, and third-party systems.

• Assist in integration testing prior to the go-live phase.

• Offer 2nd and 3rd line support for active integrations.

• Address incidents and service requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Keep integration specifications, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Client Management, Product, Development, Testing, and Operations teams.

• Proven experience in supporting commercially significant clients.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with API integrations.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting data exchanges.

• Understanding of file-based integrations and data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.

• Keen attention to detail concerning data accuracy and label compliance.

• Capability to manage multiple integrations and prioritize tasks effectively.

• A calm, solution-oriented mindset during high-pressure logistics periods.
