IT Business Application Analyst II – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related applications.

• Offer expert advice on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.

• Work in partnership with finance and IT teams to ensure ERP systems align with organizational objectives.

• Identify opportunities and drive improvements in processes and performance related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications.

• Communicate project issues and achievements to the application manager.

• Produce deliverables that align with the project scope and adhere to departmental configuration and development standards.

• Analyze and document both current and anticipated needs and workflows through interviews and data collection.

• Engage in the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and assessment of clinical or business application systems.

• Conduct system design, document design choices, revise and document workflows, collect data, create databases, test, and troubleshoot.

• Actively participate in team and project meetings while collaborating closely with team members.

• Acquire, develop, and maintain expertise in assigned applications or technical areas.

• Deliver solutions in collaboration with business partners and ERP team members.

• Provide training and mentorship to associates and intermediate staff.

• Assist, train, and support business partners as well as ERP Applications Analysts.

• Proactively address and resolve issues within related technology teams while managing change effectively.

• Ensure high-level administration of applications and maintain application availability.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent background and experience (Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems or functional business systems, demonstrating increasing responsibility (Required).

• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support (Required).

• Strong expertise in SaaS ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.

• Must possess strong technological skills and exceptional computer proficiency.

• Oracle Applications Certification in one or more Oracle Applications (Preferred).

• Experience in finance operations within a hospital or health system (Preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with peers at all levels for process improvement, solution selection, installation, and implementation of computer-based solutions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities using logical reasoning.

• Capability to make independent decisions based on varying data and conditions.

• Ability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks and projects.

• Retain knowledge of software and hardware products effectively.

• Capability to set and organize short- and long-term goals.

• Ability to work at a desk for a significant portion of the workday utilizing a computer and telephone.

• Adequate vision and hearing for engaging with technical documentation, computer monitors, verbal communication, and telephone usage.
