This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical assistance for enterprise applications and address production challenges.
• Facilitate issue resolution by coordinating with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams.
• Conduct analysis, validation, and authorized data updates on production data utilizing Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ensure data integrity and adhere to established change management protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact among business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and application architects.
• Monitor application enhancements, defect remediation efforts, and project deliverables.
• Oversee dependencies concerning APIs, integrations, environments, infrastructure, and system access.
• Cultivate an understanding of business processes and application functionalities.
• Offer functional guidance and clarify requirements for vendors and technology partners.
• Record business requirements and minor enhancements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and implementation processes.
• Evaluate vendor estimates and verify scope and assumptions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Support, Application Analysis, or a similar IT role.
• At least 2 years of application development experience using .NET, Java, C#, or related technologies.
• Experience in supporting enterprise applications within a business context.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and change management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and updates.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and application interfaces.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is preferred.
• Preferred experience in vendor management and project coordination.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
