IS Operations Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Investor Solutions department.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new Commercial client accounts.

• Deliver client training sessions and assist with user setup.

• Diagnose and help resolve production-related issues.

• Ensure that mitigation measures are implemented as needed.

• Suggest process enhancements and formalize new procedures when necessary.

• Manage funds for NSCC and monitor overdraft situations.

• Administer and reconcile ancillary FDIC Sweep activities.

• Provide expertise in product features and functionalities for client training.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Institutional Banking or Treasury Management (preferred).

• Proficient technical skills to onboard Commercial client accounts, deliver training, and conduct user setup.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Critical thinking capabilities to recommend process enhancements.

• A solid understanding of risk and its business implications.
