iOS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the iOS compliance module that facilitates delivery compliance.

• Assist couriers throughout the entire delivery journey, from pickup to proof of delivery.

• Contribute to the development of a brand-new logistics application.

• Oversee the maintenance of the legacy platform.

• Rapidly deliver features while ensuring high quality.

• Collaborate as part of a customer-focused, full-stack team across Canada.

• Report directly to the Technology Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Stay updated on the latest trends in iOS and Swift.

• Capable of writing expressive, readable, composable, and testable Swift code.

• Knowledgeable about the iOS application and view lifecycles.

• Basic understanding of iOS provisioning profiles and certificates.

• Familiar with functional and reactive programming principles.

• Adhere to Clean architectural and coding practices.

• Experience in Mobile Automation Testing.

• Proficient in UIKit and SwiftUI.

• Understanding of MVVM architectural patterns.

• Experience in releasing and maintaining live iOS/Cocoa applications.

• Familiarity with Fastlane and/or CI/CD workflow maintenance.

• Knowledge of debugging, performance measurement, and test-driven development.

• Understanding of REST principles and familiarity with backend exposure.

• Experience with Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

• Enthusiasm for TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Eagerness to share knowledge with engineers at all levels.

• Committed to continuously enhancing quality standards.

• Bonus: practical experience with React Native.

• Successful completion of a satisfactory background check.
