Invoicing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Investigate invoicing discrepancies within the commercial business line.

• Utilize Salesforce data and partner invoices to identify the sources of discrepancies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to validate discrepancies and either update Salesforce or communicate issues with partners.

• Record invoice discrepancies systematically.

• Evaluate discrepancy logs to uncover trends.

• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest operational improvements to leadership.

• Accurately document discrepancies and efficiently resolve issues in collaboration with field service partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a consultant mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

• Prior experience in solar and invoicing is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of solar experience that includes technical troubleshooting.

• At least 2 years of experience in invoicing.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

• Invoicing experience in a large, regulated environment is preferred.

• Commercial solar experience is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
