This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and submit bids to investors or clients and follow up on any rejections.
• Investigate loan histories and instances of mortgage neglect.
• Handle escalated inquiries related to loans.
• Oversee the cut bid process.
• Report any damages.
• Adhere to company policies, client requirements, government regulations, and local municipal rules when making decisions.
• Make and receive calls from vendors, clients, third parties, and internal teams.
• Ensure documentation systems are maintained accurately.
• Manage the approval, submission, denial, and follow-up processes for investor/client bids.
• Address escalations and provide assistance for investor/client inquiries.
• Handle cut bids, which includes requesting, following up, and placement.
• Place loans into conveyance condition when necessary.
• Oversee conveyance timelines and request extensions as needed.
• Conduct reviews of HUD denials.
• Perform research and analytical tasks.
• Issue approved work and generate work orders promptly.
• Follow up on hazard claims.
• Report damage issues.
• Review cases of mortgage neglect.
• Follow up on violations.
• Manage utility referrals and activations.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Build partnerships with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant practical office experience.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft software products.
• Basic understanding of mortgage terminology is preferred.
• Experience in Property Management, Construction, REO, and/or Property Insurance is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Portfolio Management, National Real Estate Management, and/or Pre-Foreclosure is preferred.
• Familiarity with Contract Administration and Scope of Work/Service Line Agreement Compliance is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.
