Investor Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of the investor segment at Paires, a network comprising family offices and high-net-worth individuals.

• Collaborate with the senior investor team on active mandates.

• Evaluate allocators and create briefing notes.

• Conduct follow-ups and nurture investor relationships between transactions.

• Identify family offices and HNWIs that support US startups.

• Initiate first conversations and cultivate a personal portfolio of allocator relationships.

• Sustain qualified allocator relationships and keep them engaged.

• Establish a consistent monthly schedule for introductory discussions with family offices and HNWIs new to Paires.

• Enhance skills through investor-call observation and brief writing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have begun developing an allocator network through wealth management, private banking, family offices, placement, or independent initiatives, demonstrating personally opened relationships.

• Capability to articulate the process of finding suitable investors, initiating first conversations, and maintaining ongoing utility.

• Understanding of how investors allocate their funds, preferably including direct investments in US startups.

• Prioritize listening over pitching, ensuring allocators' time is respected.

• Handle names, allocations, and discussions with confidentiality.

• Utilize AI tools for managing the pipeline and preparation tasks.

• Do not include investor names in the application.
