This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess and pinpoint issues related to potential fund lineups

• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies utilizing client information

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to facilitate the transition of new and conversion-qualified plans onto the client’s platform

• Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems

• Work alongside internal teams to adhere to expected timelines

• Assist in the development and upkeep of documented operating procedures for assigned tasks

• Aid processes that support the onboarding of conversion plans to the client’s platform

• Deliver outstanding service to plan sponsors

⛳️ Requirements

• You are optimistic, adaptable, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and capable of effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders

• Have a solid understanding of how mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) operate and settle

• Show a strong desire to learn, innovate, and communicate effectively

• Be proactive and analytical, with the ability to solve problems and propose solutions

• Exhibit a high level of organization and reliability

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations effectively

• Experience using collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira

• General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, along with experience in one or more compliance/record-keeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS)

• Availability to work US Eastern Time (8:30am - 5:30pm)
