This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Assist in various processes that enable the onboarding of conversion plans to the client's platform.

• Work collaboratively across departments with internal stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience.

• Deliver outstanding service to plan sponsors.

• Examine and identify potential issues with fund lineups.

• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies using client information.

• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to facilitate the transition of new and conversion-qualified plans to the client's platform.

• Update, maintain, and review client information within CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to expected timelines.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of written operational procedures related to assigned duties.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the trading and settlement processes for mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

• Show a passion for learning, creating, and communicating effectively.

• Be proactive and analytical, equipped to problem-solve and propose solutions.

• Exhibit a high level of organization and reliability.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing client expectations.

• Familiarity with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.

• General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, along with experience in one or more compliance/record-keeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).

• Must be available during US Eastern Time (8:30am - 5:30pm).
