This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in processes that enable the onboarding of conversion plans to the client's platform.

• Work collaboratively across various departments to improve the onboarding experience.

• Deliver outstanding service to plan sponsors.

• Evaluate and identify potential issues with fund lineups.

• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies using client information.

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to facilitate the transition of new and conversion-qualified plans onto the client's platform.

• Update, maintain, and review client information within CRM systems.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timelines are met.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of written operating procedures.

• Have a solid understanding of the trading and settling processes for mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

• Show a strong desire to learn, innovate, and communicate effectively.

• Be proactive and analytical, with the ability to solve problems and propose solutions.

• Exhibit a high level of organization and reliability.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing client expectations effectively.

• Experienced in collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.

• Possess general knowledge of ERISA rules and regulations, along with experience in one or more compliance/record-keeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).

• Available to work during US Eastern Time hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).
