This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Assess and pinpoint issues related to potential fund lineups

• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies using client information

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams to ensure a smooth transition of new and conversion-qualified plans onto the client's platform

• Update, manage, and review client data within CRM systems

• Ensure effective collaboration with all internal teams to adhere to expected timelines

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of written operating procedures associated with assigned tasks

• Support processes that enable the onboarding of conversion plans to the client’s platform

• Improve the onboarding experience and deliver outstanding service to plan sponsors

⛳️ Requirements

• You are optimistic, adaptable, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and can effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

• Have a solid understanding of how mutual funds, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) trade and settle

• Show a passion for learning, creating, and communicating effectively

• Be proactive and analytical, capable of problem-solving and proposing solutions

• Exhibit a high level of organization and reliability

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations

• Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira

• General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements, along with experience in one or more compliance/record-keeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS)

• Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours (8:30am - 5:30pm)
