Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding strategies.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Develop inclusive hiring processes by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and completing objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., covering data structures, algorithms).

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Candidates should reside in Lithuania.
