International Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Acquire extensive technical expertise regarding Alarm.com’s architecture and solutions.

• Design, develop, and oversee comprehensive project plans spanning multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Guide stakeholders in outlining project scope and collecting both business and technical requirements.

• Create and oversee budgets, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams on technical specifications, enhancements, and bug resolutions in alignment with launch schedules.

• Plan and implement global product rollouts across various international markets.

• Identify, communicate, and address project risks effectively.

• Document projects to ensure transparency, continuity, and risk management.

• Foster relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and customers on significant project issues.

• Provide project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Assume responsibility for complex international service and product launches from planning through post-launch execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to build relationships and influence results.

• Experience working with enterprise customers with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong capabilities in risk management.

• High empathy and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to thrive in highly iterative planning environments.

• Preferred: familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• A sense of curiosity, product intuition, structured execution, resilience, and discipline.
